Michael Gustafson
As co-founder and principal of VP Commercial, Mike has over 25 years of development and construction experience following graduation from Arizona State University where he acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree in Production Operation Management. His forte includes a position as Executive Vice President of Trtton Builders Company, a local 40 million dollar a year commercial general contractor and as Vice President for Daniel Fox and Associates, a national development consulting company. Michael provides development expertise, creative site solutions and strategic long term planning and finance structuring to our firm and investors.

Carlos von Maass
As Director of Development, Carlos has over 40 years of development experience in Arizona, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Punta Mita, Cancun and Costa Rica. His local expertise includes over 11 years of shopping center construction management with Westcor, and resort development and various Hotel renovations for Carefree Resorts. Carlos has provided substantial leadership in the international resort forum for both development and construction management.
A long term resident of Arizona, Carlos is focused on offering our investors a broad platform of construction related knowledge which assists the team in site selection, due diligence, design construction as well as management of asset renovation and major capital improvements. Carlos' comprehensive real estate advisory services make him a valuable asset to the firm.

Russ Nelson
As Vice President of Finance for VP Commercial, Russ has over 37 years of experience in general accounting, with 25 years experience in the real estate industry. Russ' expertise ranges from land development, property management, budgeting and forecasts to construction accounting. Prior to VP Commercial his talents were utilized by Wilson Properties Services and Maxxam Inc the ownership entity for the Fountain Hills master planned community.

Robert Curtis
As designated broker, Rob is a graduate of Farris State University where he acquired a degree in Business Administration. Rob has over 10 years of sales related experience in Arizona not only in real estate but the construction industry as well. His Strength is a dedication toward providing hands on experience. Working with property owners in the past has enabled him to have a clear vision of what it takes to successfully manage a property while taking into account both owner and tenant needs.
His direct involvement with each tenant/buyer is monitored and tracked through each stage of the leasing /buying cycle to ensure timely occupancy.

Lisa Schuh
As Portfolio Manager of VP Commercial, Lisa has over 14 years of property management experience in Arizona and California. She has managed commercial, industrial, retail, medical and multi-family residential for companies such as Trammell Crow, RBI Management and Regis Property Management and has managed for asset groups such as AEW Capital, GE Capital and The Bristol Group. Her expertise includes budget preparation and implementation, CAM reconciliations, tenant retention, lease renewals, financial reporting and mid-year CAM reforecasting.
